CLAMPING MANIPULATOR

  1. The gripper robotic arm adopts an electric gear rack translation structure, driven by a servo motor and a reducer. The motor power is 1.5Kw, and electronic and mechanical limits are also installed to ensure safety and stability.
  2. The gripper robotic arm adopts an electric gear and rack lifting structure, driven by a servo motor and a reducer. The motor power is 2.3Kw, and electronic and mechanical limits are also installed to ensure safety and stability.
  3. Three sets of pneumatic clamp manipulators are installed on the clamp manipulator. Installation of aluminum profiles facilitates the adjustment of conversion gauge formats.

 

CHAIN CONVEYOR

  1. The conveying chain adopts the national standard 16A (1 inch) double row roller chain for conveying,
  2. The total length of the conveyor frame is about 7 meters,
  3. The conveyor is driven by a 3.0Kw helical gear reducer with variable frequency speed regulation.

The conveying speed is about 5-10M/min.
